A good counselor is a good listener, who asks good questions, who accepts people unconditionally, feels with their hurts and woundedness, and has had experience helping people successfully navigate their issues. A good counselor gets us.
Jesus checks every box.
Good listener.
Asks good questions.
Accepts you unconditionally.
Feels your hurts and woundedness.
Has had experience helping you successfully navigate your issues.
Jesus gets you.
Jesus is not only a good counselor, he is a Wonderful Counselor.
No one knows you better and loves you more than Jesus.
Take time right now to tell Jesus what you’re going through. Shoot straight. Hide nothing. Jesus knows you. Jesus loves you. Jesus is ready to listen.

Loving Father, I declare Jesus to be my Wonderful Counselor. He not only knows me, He gets me. He feels everything I feel. He not only is a good listener, he gives me good counsel.
