Hallelujah Encounters

Hallelujah! Encounters

God invites you to become a life-long praiser.

The last five Psalms in the Bible, Psalm 146, 147, 148, 149, 150 each begin with the exhortation, “Praise the Lord!” which is translated from the single Hebrew word, Hallelujah!

Hallelujah is the international praise word. Every language group on earth uses this declaration as a call to praise the Lord. It is a compound word halal, which means “joyfully give praise” and Yah, which is the abbreviation of Yahweh.

To both begin and end each of these Psalms with the declaration “Praise the Lord,” or “Hallelujah,” indicates that from beginning to end, God is to be praised. From the beginning and end of history to the beginning and end of our lives, God’s name is to be praised. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Every day, in every circumstance, no exceptions, give praise to the Lord.

Father, I commit myself today to be a life-long praiser. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord.

Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world country and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Liechtenstein and Montana.

This daily Christ-encountering, fire-starter is not intended to replace your daily Bible reading and prayer time, but rather to motivate you to spend extended time in His presence.
