A Very Present Help

A Very Present Help

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

When you are in trouble remember, Christ is with you in the trouble.

It’s easy to feel God-forsaken. Don’t worry—we may run from trouble, but not God. He is our very present help in trouble.

“A very present help” is not talking about the omnipresence, but rather, the manifest presence of God.
One of the best ways to encounter the manifest presence of God is when you face trouble. Too often we mistakenly think that we can only encounter the manifest presence of God when our troubles are all gone. What a tragic perspective. In reality, God thrives on trouble, because He knows we have so much of it. Don’t miss this opportunity to allow God’s manifest presence to encounter you in your trouble today.

Are you in trouble? In any area of your life are you having problems, challenges, issues? Today, God wants to show Himself to you right down the middle of your trouble.

Yes, Lord, I gladly welcome You into my trouble. I take You as my Refuge, my Fortress, and my Redeemer. Show Your manifest presence to me today as You help me in my trouble.

Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Liechtenstein and Colorado.

This daily Christ-encountering, fire-starter is not intended to replace your daily Bible reading and prayer time, but rather to motivate you to spend extended time in His presence.
