He Told Me All I Ever Did
He Told Me All I Ever Did
“Come, see a man who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ?” John 4:29
Jesus has the unique ability of exposing family secrets— even dark family secrets. When Jesus met the woman at the well, he not only told her to go call her husband, he said to her, “You have had five husbands, and the one you now have is not your husband” (John 4:18).
While this could have been threatening, Jesus spoke the truth in love and drew the woman into his confidence. The woman was so overwhelmed at Jesus’ perception, she told her family and friends, come, see a man who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ?
Today this same Jesus wants to speak the truth to you about your secret life. This is a God-promise rooted in God’s character.
You don’t need to fear God’s truth-speaking. He loves you and will only bring to light things kept in darkness because he wants to set you free from your fears, and free from your past.
Loving Father, I receive your truth-speaking into my family’s secrets. Bring to light things hidden in closets or swept under the rug in Jesus’ name.
Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Timor-Leste and Nebraska.
