“I am the bread of life that came down from heaven.” John 6:41
Every name of God is a promise of God because every name of God is rooted in his unchangeable character.
When Jesus made his seven I AM statements, he gave us seven irrefutable promises. Each I AM statement is a catalytic, self-revelation that is intended to activate a response in you.
I am the bread of life not only identifies the deepest longing in your soul, it is a promise that Christ alone will meet that profound longing.
You have opportunity right now to feast on Christ, the bread of life, and be satisfied.
Loving Father, right now I receive Christ as the bread of life. He alone fills the emptiness within me and satisfies my deepest heart cry.
