Lunge Toward The Name
"Surely the righteous shall give thanks to your name." Psalm 140:13
The righteous gravitate to God's name like iron shavings to a magnet.
It is the nature of iron to lunge toward a magnet, and it's the nature of the righteous to lunge toward the name of God.
Do you lunge toward the name of God?
God's name is the greatest test of your true nature--your authentic self.
The way you separate iron shavings from other small metallic pieces, is to get them near the magnet. The way to separate the righteous from the phony or the unrighteous, is to get them near the name.
The genuinely righteous will lunge toward the name.
Surely the righteous shall give thanks to your name.
Father God, I receive the righteousness of Jesus, and I definitely lunge toward your name. I love the name of Jesus and I give thanks to your name.
