The Name Determines Your Walk

The Name Determines Your Walk

"For all the peoples walk each in the name of its god, but we will walk in the name of the LORD our God forever and ever." Micah 4:5

You can tell a lot about a person by watching them walk. Are they confident? Happy? Depressed? Defeated? Do they walk with a bounce in their step, or do they shuffle their feet across the floor?

When you watch someone walk, you can quickly identify the name of their god.

A lesser god or idol will leave you insecure, fearful, apprehensive, tentative.

But walking in the name of the Lord our God, the Lord of lords and the King of kings, the Creator who loves you and designed you, who protects you and guides you, will make you confident, bold, fearless and adventuresome.

When you walk in the name of Jesus you walk in authority. You walk in purity. You walk in victory.

Father God, I praise you that I walk in the name of the Lord God Almighty. I walk in confidence in the name of Jesus.
