Man of War

Man of War

"The LORD is a man of war; the LORD is his name." Exodus 15:3

Prince of Peace is a name of God we can handle; Man of War, not so much.

When God reveals himself as Man of War, he is showing you more of his nature than you may realize. Man of War represents a dimension of God's nature that you may need more than you realize,

- Man of War shows you that God is not distant or irrelevant; God is more involved in your day-to-day life than you may realize.

- Man of War means that there is a battle going on around you and God is fighting for you.

- Man of War says that God is a zealous defender of truth and justice, and he battles against anything that would disrupt your peace.

When you feel outnumbered, up against seemingly insurmountable odds, remember--your God is a Warrior, that is his name, and he fights for you.

Lord Jesus, Warrior, I declare your name. Your supremacy! You are my Warrior. Please fight my battles today.
