Whatever
Whatever
"Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." John 16:23
Whatever is all-inclusive.
When Jesus said, whatever you ask of the Father, he meant whatever.
There is just one clarification, the 3 key words essential to every answered prayer: in my name.
Remember, in my name is not a good luck charm or magic chant like hocus pocus or abracadabra. In my name means according to the authority, power, character and will of the name of the one true God whose Son is Jesus Christ.
So yes, whatever you ask for according to the authority, power, character and will of the name of the one true God whose Son is Jesus Christ--and I do mean whatever--you can be confident that he will give it to you.
Whatever!
Count on it.
Father God, I repent of my unbelief, and I receive faith for whatever. Fill my prayer life with your name and your whatever, in Jesus name. Amen.
