You're Getting Drenched
“This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you." John 15:12
Just stand back and take in the view. It's the most breathtaking waterfall you'll ever see. And the best part is the waterfall is above you and you're getting drenched!
The waterfall that originates with Father God, flows down into the Son, and from the Son into you.
Let that sink in.
But don't think for a moment that the cascade ends with you. No way! While you get to enjoy every drop of God's love for yourself, it is now yours to freely give to others.
Just think about this: love one another as I have loved you. The cascade of Father's love that he strategically poured into Jesus, and that Jesus strategically poured into you, he now intends you to strategically pour into others.
As you do, the cascade continues.
As you do, you encounter Christ.
As you do, someone else encounters Christ.
Loving Father, Source of Love's cascade, I freely receive and freely give in Jesus name.
